B.A. in Int’l Trade at the Autonomous University of Tamaulipas, Mexico (2008) & B.A. in Business Management at the Columbia University of Paraguay (2004). With postgraduate studies in University Teaching at the Catholic University «Ntra. Sra. de la Asuncion», Agribusiness Management at the Faculty of Agricultural Sciences – UNA.
His last work experiences have been as Advisor in Business Intelligence Group (BIG) & Commercial in Serincar S.A.; Investment Promotion and Project Manager of the Network Investment and Export (REDIEX); O&M Chief in PETROPAR; Technical Assistant of Attracting Investment in REDIEX; Account Executive in the NVOCC Overseas Paraguay S.A.; Customs Operations Assistant in the Maritime Customs of Tampico, Mexico.
